THERE'S A DEAD CAT ON THE LINE!

In fishing for catfish, a trotline is used that contains many hooks. Each day, the fisherman is supposed to check his trotline; if a neighbor comes by and finds a dead catfish on the line, that signals something suspicious; for some reason, the fisherman has not been checking his trotline.
